At 148 Broadway Bluelime was appointed to design two additional floors creating four one-bed apartments on top of an existing jewellery shop located on Bexleyheath Broadway. Planning permission was achieved for what was a very narrow property presenting design challenges along the way. Our client was so pleased with the service provided they are considering using us to build the project with our unique design and build service.
